Honor to whom honor is due, for so sure as Wil¬
son is president, Walter put Arabi on the map.
While Walt., as he is sometimes called, became
famous as the "protector" of the Constitution of the
Student Government Association, he also became
famous as the participant in a love affair which came
lo an end, as they very often do, by the girl marry¬
ing the other fellow. This had a very bad effect on
Walt.,—he became a gambler and won fifteen cents.

He has time enough to waste.
And all the world may hurry.
But he never needs to haste."
